I support individuals, couples and families through relationship difficulties, family transitions, parenting concerns, emotional and behavioural challenges, and the complexities of living across cultures.
UKCP registered | English, Cantonese and Mandarin

I am a UKCP-registered Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with clients from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan and mainland China, as well as from Europe and the Americas. I have a particular interest in cross-cultural relationships, family transitions and the adjustment experiences of people living between different cultural expectations, values and ways of relating.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationship conflict, marital difficulties, parenting and family relationships, children’s emotional and behavioural concerns, adolescent development, separation and other family-related challenges.
Alongside my independent practice, I work in Child and Young People’s Mental Health Services (YPMHS) inpatient care and acute adult inpatient unit as a Highly Specialist Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.
I am also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Asian Academy of Family Therapy (AAFT).
